The LOI annual dinner took place on Wednesday the 25th April at Stoke Bruerne.

The open event was reported by David Lee as much over subscribed. WBro Roger Hook attended the dinner and was thanked by all for initially creating the event in his year as Master. WBro David Lee was thanked for his efforts in organising the event over the past years and firmly fixing it in the Waynflete calendar..

WBro David Lee announced he was standing down as Director of Ceremonies and thanked all for their support over the years he has been in the Office.

WBros Kevin Rush and Peter Wood spoke about the fire that took place at the home of Caroline and Kevin Gibson in Brackley. The Lodge, Rotary and Round Table have been involved to try and assist the Couple over this very difficult time. As their house is now uninhabitable the Lodge in conjunction with Rotary has provided funds to purchase a caravan to act as their temporary home.

Monies raised on the evening were donated to Caroline and Kevin Gibson and the Master announced more were to be provided directly from Lodge funds. WBro Rushed pointed out that the Lodge being the largest of the groups involved its obviously increasingly important to take a lead in these areas.
